Return & Exchange Window
• All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 90 days of the invoice date.
• No returns or exchanges are accepted after 90 days of the invoice date.
Item Condition & Restocking Fee
• Items must be returned in resaleable condition, with all original packaging and components.
• If an item is returned damaged, used, or not resaleable, a 20% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from your refund or credit.
Quality Concerns – Visual Proof Required
• For items with suspected defects, damage, or incorrect shipment, photographic or video proof is required before the return or exchange can be authorized.
• Proof must be submitted to a Frigid Representative or a Frigid Authorized Distributor after completing the Return & Exchange Request Form.
Final Sale – Custom Products
• Custom-built products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Complete the Return & Exchange Request Form below or contact us directly at +1-708 836-1215, if you call please have your original order number and product serial number, if applicable, available.
• A Frigid Fluid representative will contact you with instructions once the form is submitted.
Shipping & Refunds
• You will receive return shipping instructions once your return is approved.
• Refunds or credits will be issued after inspection, typically within 10 business days of receiving the item
