You must have a web order # to submit a return claim. This # can be found on your email confirmation receipt when you made a purchase and on the printed receipt that came in your shipment.

  • Providing repair or replacement part(s) for Product
  • Repairing any defective part(s)
Frigid Fluid Co.’s obligation does not exceed the replacement cost of the defective part(s).
