Edema Case | Embalming Kit

The Frigid Edema Kit is designed to reduce moisture content when an edematous condition is present.  The arterial injection chemicals are formulated for desiccation, disinfection, and preservation.  The supplied cavity chemicals have both a high index and contain phenol for enhanced preservation and desiccation of the cavities.

Continuous drainage is suggested during the injection process.

KIT INCLUDES: (12 bottles)

Arterial Solution

• 36 Plus (4 bottles)
• Leak Guard (3 bottles)
• Water/Clot (2 bottles)
• Free Flo (1 bottle)

Cavity Solution

• Pharos (2 bottles)

Recommend Use:
Combine the following to create a 3-gallon solution:

• 96oz of water (roughly one gallon)
• 36+ 64oz (4 bottles)
• Leak Guard 48oz (3 bottles) *if necessary
• Water/Clot 16oz (2 bottle)
• Free Flo 16oz (1 bottle)

Cavity Chemical

• Pharos 32oz (2 bottles)

Inject one bottle into the thoracic cavity and the second into the abdominal/pelvic cavity.  Respiration may be necessary after a period of roughly 8 hours or more.
